PROJECT DETAILS

The Marketing department had been facing difficulties in maintaining project transparency, accountability, status, and communication. A project management platform was on my wishlist, and it became one of my annual objectives to execute. When the request was approved, I reached out to Wrike, and started working on building a custom process that works for the whole department.

GOAL: Use a platform to custom build a process that works for the whole department to help break down silos, work more efficiently, and increase visibility.
