One Call's marketing materials required an update, and it was an excellent opportunity to conduct user research. Previously, feedback was primarily from the sales team, and there were assumptions about the users. It had been a while since this type of data was collected, and it was necessary to understand how to offer solutions that could make users' lives easier, positively impact outcomes, and reduce costs.

 

GOAL: To provide solutions through user research and analysis, identify opportunities, and create effective deliverables for different audiences.
